"Ship Time" is the time the carrier takes to deliver your order. It does not include the time we take
to process your order. All orders normally ship within 1 to 2 business days. If there are delays, you will be contacted.
We normally use USPS (United States Postal Service) First Class Mail, Media Mail, and Priority Mail.
However, we will at times use Fedex, OnTrac, or UPS. The carrier is based on package size, weight,
value, and destination. At this time, we do not accept requests for a specific carrier. It will be determined
by the warehouse at the time of shipment.
Expected transit times:
- Standard Delivery = 1-2 business days processing plus 1-14 business days, 2-16 business days (Up to 21 days)
- Expedited Delivery = 1-2 business days processing plus 1-6 business days delivery, Total: 2-8 business days (Up to 10 business days)
Shipping Calculation: Processing (1-2 business days) + Shipping (1-14 business days) = Delivery Time (2-16 business days)
